This is a part number under what Oakley calls MPH.  MPH are pieces Oakley puts together with the extra parts they have left over from production of other pieces.  These glasses do not have a part number on the frame, but they are still authentic Oakleys.  They come with an Oakley bag in an Oakley box.  They do not come with the normal Oakley warranty card though.  There is a picture that shows the card that comes in the box with MPH pieces.

 

Each pair of these glasses have been opened, cleaned, and inspected for any defects.  Nothing will ship out with scratches or any manufacturer defects.  These are 100% authentic Oakley Sunglasses.
