Shipping
Your product will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of full payment being received. Depending on which delivery service has been selected, it will be sent using an appropriate courier.
Collections are possible on orders over £200, please contact us by email (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) or phone (0161 702 6423).
We ship most of our products to any destination within the EU. However due to courier restrictions, we can only ship some bulkier items within mainland UK.

Returns
For all fixed price listings, you may return for a full refund, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to accept returns for any of our items listed on auction unless it is significantly not as described or faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us by email (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) or via eBay within 48 hours of receipt.
Any items sent to us without prior notification confirmed by ourselves, will not be eligible for a refund.
If an item is faulty, we will reimburse the return shipping charges up to the value of your original postage cost.

Why are your products so cheap?Due to our massive buying power and huge warehouses, we are able to secure great clearance deals at heavily reduced prices passing on these great savings to yourself. All of our stock is genuine, branded and brand new.
Do you combine shipping costs?We do combine shipping, and the exact costs are displayed in the "Postage and payments" tab on the ebay listing.
Do you ship to destinations outside the UK?We ship the majority of our products to any destination within the EU. There are few exceptions for certain items due to extremely high shipping costs.
