The Second, Is A Power Relay & Resistor Harness (Not As Scary As It Sounds!!), You May Have Heard Of Flicker, Caused By The Vehicles ECU Thinking There Is A Bulb Failure & Shutting Of The Power (If You Know About HID Kits, You Will Have Come Across Someone Who Has Had This Issue).
