What is up for bid is AVANTE from Fyanes Games 1967. Not really sure what we have here but looking over the rules it looks like great family fun! Condition: This game is still factory sealed and of course this game is complete! Object of game: You will enjoy playing AVANTE, because it is a game won by using skill, intelligence and knowledge, and it is fun for the entire family.  AVANTE is played pm a beautiful checkerboard, the alternate squares of which are the most beautiful stones of the world, reproduced in full color.  Two sets of checkers are supplied, and the rules of checkers apply, except as explained in the rules of AVAMTE. (The rules for checkers may be found at the end of this booklet, in case you haven’t played for awhile.)  The original AVANTE game is based on gin rummy, too, which is a fascinating card game in itself.  The general rules for gin rummy are included in the AVANTE rules.  AVANTE, however, is much more than just a combination of gin rummy and checkers.  Read the directions that follow, and play AVANTE a few time.  Then read the rule again, to make sure your playing AVANTE properly.  The cards used in the original AVANTE game the same symbols of normal playing cards-hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades.  Other card sets are available that will help you learn about different subjects.  As time goes on, many more card sets will be available, so you’ll probably be playing AVANTE a lot of different ways-perhaps for years to come.   Please read: We strive to bring you the best and most rare games we can find.
