This is “GRAHAM PARKER,” a previously-owned retired rental-video-cassette tape (VHS) with the original cardboard case cut and reinserted into a protective plastic-case. The tape works perfectly and has been checked.

Issued in 1982, this 60-minute collection of videos/footage features Graham Parker and the Rumour (with Brinsley Schwarz on guitars). Early in his career, Parker's work was often compared favorably to Joe Jackson's and Elvis Costello's. For decades afterwards, journalists would continue to categorize them together, often labelling them with some variation of "Angry Young Men.” The 1980s were Parker's most commercially successful years, with well-financed recordings and radio and video play. This tape features:
