For therapy work you simply move the pendulum over the clients chakras in turn and ask them to swing over the chakras that need work - do this chakra by chakra

When energising/clearing a chakra the energy from the therapist will move down the pendulum, through the crystals and into the client and stop moving when the work is completed for that chakra - you can also use a similar method for unblocking/energising meridians
