    If you checkout and start over, you will not receive a shipping discount and your extra items will be shipped in multiple packages.  If you decide to make additional purchases again after your 1st checkout, you must contact us so we can re-calculate your New Shipping Costs and there will be a 2.50 processing fee.

RETURNS

 

1- All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations.
2- The Original Freight on new returns may be deducted from the refunded amount if the original sale had FREE Shipping and a Purchase of equal amount is not made.  New Shipping charges will also be applied, FREE Shipping will not be included on second shipment. 

Please note: In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% also may be deducted from the original amount if items are not in new condition no refund will be given. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
