This female squid sterling silver charm is solid, 3 dimensional and very detailed (the photo shows both sides). It measures 2.6 cm wide and 1.2 cm tall. You can even see the eyes and the tenacles holding a captured fish. In the photo I show the front and back view, but you are buying one.
In female squid, the ink sack is hidden from view by a pair of white gland which lie anterior to the gills. There are also red-spotted accessory nidamental glands. Both of these organs are associated with manufacture of food supplies and shells for the eggs.
