This listing is for a vintage Royal Doulton China large round serving bowl manufactured in England in the "Curnock Rose - V1910" pattern.  This is a heavy gold banded floral pattern with the artist's signature on a classic cream-colored background.  The scalloped and embossed edge adds to this pattern's beautifully ornate look.  The backstamp dates the piece to between 1928 and 1959, but I believe that the small number next to the backstamp may date the bowl to around 1952.

The bowl looks great and is in almost like new condition with no cracks, chips, noticable scratches, or crazing.  There is no perceptible rubbing or wearing of the pattern or gold banding and the colors and glaze are strong.  I would personally classify the bowl to be between "Excellent" and "Like New" condition.  The bowl looks exceptional especially considering their age.  The bowl measures about 9 1/2 inches across.  It's about 3 1/4 inches deep.

This is a beautiful example of vintage Royal Doulton dinnerware.
