Please note that for Blu-ray players the remote will only enable multi-region for DVD's, but the Blu-ray region will remain locked as region B only. Also note that the remote will only work on UK/European region 2/B and Australian region 4/B players, but not on US region 1/A players.
Note for International Buyers: Airmail delivery within the EU is taking around 2-3 weeks and sometimes up to 4 weeks. Delivery to Australia is taking 2-4 weeks and sometimes up to 6 weeks. This remote will send the special service codes to enable permanent multi-region DVD playback on most UK/European Region 2 and Australian Region 4 Panasonic DVD players, DVD recorders and some Blu-ray players.

The mod takes about 1 minute to carry out and basically involves pointing the remote at your player, pressing the button, waiting until the green LED on the remote goes out and then switching the player off.
