This is a chrome plated license plate panel accent with 60 LED lights. It attaches with double sided tape and covers the left, right and bottom of the recess for the license plate in the rear fender. The lights are designed to be connected to the running lights and the brake lights. Great for added visibility. It will fit all years of 1500's from 1988-2000.
