  • Same day dispatch if order and payment is received before 2pm
  • We mainly use Royal Mail and Whistle for most of the order weight less than 2KG. Usually it will be sent via
    Yodel (3 to 5 working days) if the weight of the order is over 2kg and use Ukmail or UPS if customer paid
    express courier charges (1 to 2 working days).
  • Surcharges are applied to Zone 2 (Highlands and Islands of Scotland) and Zone 3 (Northern Ireland,  Isle of
    Man & Isles of Scilly). However if your order weighs less than 2kg, we will refund you the surcharge).
  • If your order is more than 2kg please ask for tracking number after 24hours of your purchase.
