We're serious about our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Returns are accepted for any reason or no reason at all. Three conditions:

• The item is in its original condition, unopened.
• You have contacted us and requested Return Authorization Number. We process thousands of packages, and if you just ship us an item without an RA number we would have no idea what it is, whom is it coming from, why are we receiving it, and will never credit you for the return.
• $10.00 restocking fee is applied to all returns. Shipping, handling, and packaging materials we used to ship the item to you were free, but we can't reimburse you for them if you ship the item back. Neither can we provide you with a return shipping label.

Shipping:
All orders to continental US are shipped out the next business day after we receive the payment. Most packages are delivered in 2-5 business days. Please check your email for tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

Non-continental US and international shipping:
We don't like doing it because we cannot track these packages, and thus have very little control over what happens to them once they leave our warehouse. No matter how much we stress that we do not accept responsibility for these things, our customer satisfaction guarantee, eBay policies, and our honesty force us to offer solutions that leave our customers happy yet cost us money. Thus, we can ship to PO, APO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc - for a flat $50.00 surcharge. We hope for your understanding.
