If you are out when the delivery attempt is made, it is your responsibility to contact delivery service to arrange re-delivery or collection from their depot.
For shipments outside of the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail International service. Most international shipping are tracked. Please note, you may have to sign for your parcel.
