For our own sake, we are very careful to test a few ICs from every new shipment we receive before we put them on the shelf with the rest. And by testing we mean fixing a buffer and letting it run for some time. Unfortunately, we are not aware of a quick and easy way to tell if an individual IC is good or not. It means that the IC that you will receive will not be tested by us. If you are aware of a way to test an IC for you please let us know! Alas, due to the high sensitivity of the ICs and the inability to know how do you handle them we simply have no way of offering warranty. Our advice is to start with 1 or 2 pieces, do your experimenting and decide if you want more. Typically, if a board has more than 2 bad ICs it is hard to justify the time and cost to repair it versus buying a new one. That may also change over time. But we would not take malfunctioning ICs back! If you do not like that condition please simply do not buy ! |

The United States Post Office (USPS) First Class delivery service is the lowest cost delivery service available through eBay and elsewhere small packages under 13 oz. Packages sent with USPS First Class are not insured and are known to sometimes get delayed or flat out lost in the USPS system. When
used for international shipments tracking information is often not
available once the package leaves the US distribution center. Because of the above, when choosing USPS First Class delivery method you agree that you are assuming the above mentioned risks and will hold Coppell TV Repair LLC free of charges related to delays, damages or losses of the ordered package provided there is carrier information showing the package was received into their system in a timely fashion as advertised here. If you want safety coverage and peace of mind you must use the higher class and more expensive USPS Priority (for USA customers, when available) or USPS Priority Express option. |
