This product is non combustible, fire resistance vermiculite boards. Micalite Fire Resistance Boards are easily cut to shape. They have excellent thermal insulation properties and minimal shrinkage at high temperatures.Micalite Fire Resistance Boards are the ideal products to use in the construction of fire bricks for wood burning/multifuel stoves, lining of the fireplaces/ingelnook openings,  among other applications, providing fire protection exactly where its needed.

The boards are tested to withstand temperatures of up to 1100 degrees C.
