Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a REPAIR SERVICE for main boards used in LG 60PK750-UA and LG 60PK950-UA plasma TVs.

REPAIR SERVICE means you have to send us your board, which we will test, service (if necessary) and return back to you.

LG uses different part numbers in different batches, so the board in your TV may be EBR60870105, EBR68027902, EBT60955904 or any other number not shown here.
As long as it is based on EAX61557903 or EAX61557905 PCB (printed on the board itself, between the central heat sink and the square IC above the HDMI connectors) then this listing is appropriate for it.

How does it work

Shortly after placing an order you will receive an email with shipping instructions telling you how to mark, package and send your board to us. We may also send a follow-up notice via USPS to remind you to send your old board to us, which may show as a shipment under your eBay order.

The cost of shipping the board to us is not included in this listing and it is customer's responsibility to deliver the board as per our shipping instructions.

Upon arrival your package is placed in a processing queue along with all other packages from that day.

It takes anywhere from 3 to 6 business days for the packages to go to the top of the queue and get processed.

We first evaluate the board's physical condition for meeting our criteria (see below).

Then we put the board in a testing jig and verify that it is malfunctioning.

If we determine it functional we get back to you. If no repair service is performed and the board is to be returned we retain a minimum diagnostic fee in amount of $20 plus eBay/PayPal sales fees plus the return shipping costs and issue refund for the rest.

If the board is nonfunctional we proceed to repairing it.

The time we spend with the board is usually within an hour.

If we are not successful with the repair once we have undertaken it we issue you full refund and cancel the transaction. We do not make money in this case, however we still invoice you for the return shipping of the malfunctioning board.

If board is repaired and tested properly we directly send it back and do not communicate the success. You are notified of the return by an eBay package shipment notification.

Board failure symptoms

There are several different failure symptoms manifested by a failed board and unfortunately some of them can easily be confused with other failures.

The most common ones we have seen are:

• TV stuck on LG splash screen;
  
• HDMI ports and / or other input ports not working;
  
• Loss of audio;
• TV clicks, but never turns on (this can be caused by different other boards too).
  

The board we receive must be in good physical condition and must not have been tampered with, i.e. no apparent traces of previous repairs should show.

We also do not accept to work on boards with significant chemical damage, including moisture damage; there is no point sending boards that have been used outdoors, most of the time they are not worth repairing.

We will reject service to boards that do not meet the above conditions and you will still be charged for the return shipping and the eBay/PayPal fees.
