Shipping Policy
We will find the lowest cost shipping for you.
Any order received by Noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, shouldship by the next day. Holidays are exceptions. All orders will beshipped "Ground" or the most economical way at our discretion unlessyou choose another method such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day, etc. If specialshipping is chosen we will do our best to get the item out the same day but ourcut-off time is 12:00 noon EST. We will try to accommodate the shipmenttime. For example, an order placed Thursday night for "Next DayAir" shipping will be shipped on Friday (if in stock) but not received bythe customer until Monday. If Saturday delivery is desired you must choosethe Saturday delivery option because Saturdays and Sundays are not consideredbusiness days.

Returns Policy

If items are damagedduring shipping, the customer will receive a replacement product straightaway.Customers are required to report damage in 2 weeks. Our shipping provider willinsure the damaged items and may inspect them. The customer will be asked tokeep the damaged items and original boxes for 7 business days for theinspection of our shipping provider.

Within 30 days ofpurchase, the customer may return the product. If the reason for the return isby no fault of our company's, we may charge a 10% restocking fee will becharged and pay return shipping charges.

All returns must beapproved by our shipping department before the return will beaccepted. Email us for a Return Authorization.

Cancellation
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer must contact eversalebefore 2 PM (Eastern Standard Time) the day the order was placed.
