We include vehicle fitment Compatibility on many of our Powerflex listings but please note this information is to be used as a guide only. Our listings contain additional fitment notes and vehicle specific information in them, so please read all the information in the description before making a purchase. If you have any further doubt, please feel free to contact us for assistance. There are numerous factors that come into play when buying car parts, but with our knowledge and expertise, we will help you find the correct items you need. We accept a minimum of 30 day returns on all our products, but we do ask that items are returned to us in an unused and not fitted condition, with all the manufacturers packaging intact.
Definition of a “Full / Complete Kit”
We list a number of kits on Ebay and some of these are described as "Full / Complete Kits" - this means they include all or most of the "Powerflex" parts, which were available for this particular make and model of car at the time the listing was created. In No Way should this be considered as a complete list of all the bushes and mountings originally fitted to the vehicle as there may well be several other parts which the original manufacturer produces but Powerflex DO NOT make at this time, also we DO NOT include suspension bump stops or exhaust rubbers. To be sure of the contents of the kit please refer to the vehicle diagram and the comprehensive list of part numbers shown below.

Which Type Of Powerflex Bushes Do You Require? � Before you order these brilliant Powerflex bushes just ask yourself what you want them to achieve?
If you're replacing old, worn or poor quality original parts and want better road handling, less tyre wear and increased safety � then the Purple, Yellow and Red “Powerflex Road Series” bushes are for you.
If you intend to use your car on track days and at race meetings then the “Powerflex Black Series” bushes should be your choice. These Black bushes are stiffer than the “Road Series” versions and this will create an increased level of vibration throughout the car, which is why we do NOT recommend them for daily driving on the road!

The kit contains the following Fitment notes which are relevant to the items within it.
PFF85-201 - This bush replaces OE part number: 357407182. If fitting on Audi TT MK1, S3 and A3 MK1 and Seat Leon & Cupra MK1 it fits earlier models with a 30mm diameter. It fits both the pressed and cast arms on the Leon & Cupra MK1 and A3 MK1 2WD. Please check original bush size. Later cars may use a larger 45mm bush: PFF3-501.
PFR85-610 - This part replaces OE part number: 1J0501541B, C & D, 6R0501541A, B & C. Fits 2WD models only with a 69mm diameter bore rear beam. For vehicles with 72.5mm bore please use: PFR85-415.
PFR85-415 - This part replaces OE part number: 6R0501541A. Fits 2WD models only with a 72.5mm diameter bore rear beam. For vehicles with 69mm bore please use: PFR85-610.
PFF85-620 - PFF85-620 is suitable for petrol engined road models. For track/tuned models use: PFF85-620P. For diesel engine models use: PFF85-620R. Fitting engine mount bush to 1.4 TDI 3 cylinders is not advisable. Please note these are an upgrade, some additional vibration may be felt. OE Part Number: 6Q0199851.
PFF85-620P - PFF85-620P is suitable for track car/tuned models, it is a stiffer bush and may give more vibration. For diesel engine models use: PFF85-620R. For petrol engine road models use: PFF85-620. Fitting engine mount bush to 1.4 TDI 3 cylinders is not advisable. Please note these are an upgrade, some additional vibration may be felt. OE Part Number: 6Q0199851.
PFF85-620R - PFF85-620R is suitable for diesel engine models. For petrol engine models use: PFF85-620 and for track/tuned models use: PFF85-620P. Fitting engine mount bush to 1.4 TDI 3 cylinders is not advisable. Please note these are an upgrade, some additional vibration may be felt. OE Part Number: 6Q0199851.

Bushes are one of the most highly stressed components fitted to a car. They undergo enormous strain, in the most arduous of conditions with no maintenance or lubrication. Conventional rubber bushes deteriorate with age allowing movement of suspension components and geometry. This can cause tyre wear, braking instability and poor handling and engine deflection.
Powerflex Bushes are made from a technologically advanced polyurethane plastic compound. This compound overcomes the common problem associated with harder bushes which is increased noise. By correct engineering the polyurethane compound bushes can be made 25-30% stiffer than rubber bushes, but with exactly the same noise absorption properties. Unlike old technology Poly bushes any increase in vibration / harshness felt through the vehicle is normally undetectable.

Powerflex is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on the entire range of products that we manufacture.
We have taken this decision because of the confidence that we have in our products and the way that we have handled any warranty issues in the past.
We have never had a time period-based warranty policy because we have always treated issues that customers have had as an opportunity to learn.
Where a problem has occurred due to incorrect fitting, we have always asked ourselves if the reason for the error was due to poor fitting instructions.
When we have had a part failure we have tried to understand if the part was being used outside of its design parameters, perhaps on a race car running slick tyres. In cases like this, should we be offering a specific motorsport compound?
Like all manufacturing, we have had the occasional material quality issue and, in these cases, we have always replaced parts without question.
So now we have decided to formalise our open and honest policy and commit to replacing any Powerflex product that any customer in the world is unhappy with.
The only conditions that we attach to this Warranty are:
- This Warranty applies to the original purchaser when purchased through an authorised distributor only. Proof of purchase may be required.
- In the event of an issue, contact us directly with the part number of the parts in question, details of the car the parts are fitted to including any modifications/upgrades, and photos of the failed parts and installation.
- Warranty is restricted to replacement of the supplied goods, but no consequential loss (e.g. carriage charges, garage labour costs, vehicle recovery, car hire, loss of earnings, etc.) from any resulting problems. In the event of failure, we may require the old, failed parts returned to us for inspection after sending replacements.
- Failure due to misuse or user abuse is not covered.
- Any parts used for track/motorsport/competition purposes or part numbers ending BLK are excluded from our Lifetime Warranty.
All we ask in return is that anyone wanting replacement parts contacts us directly and sends us as much information as possible which will help us determine the reason for a problem.
