We have a UK based warehouse where we strive to get your orders despatched same or next working day. Payment

We currently only accept payment by PayPal.

Shipping

Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment Items paid for on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the following working day. 
Any order weighing over 2kg will be sent using Parcelforce 24 hour courier service.

All other orders are despatched using Royal Mail 48 and 24 hour standard services.

We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by ebay. Before paying, please ensure your ebay and PayPal address matches the address you would like us to ship to. We will not despatch to any address other than your ebay and PayPal registered address under any circumstances.

Royal Mail
Please allow a sensible time lapse before contacting us to enquire about non delivery. 
Goods sent by Royal Mail should normally arrive 2-5 days after payment. Before contacting us please get in touch with your local Post Office collections department, as the most common reason for non receipt is that they are holding the parcel as they were unable to deliver it.

Shopfusion Ltd guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only when accompanied with the original receipt.

This guarantee is non transferable.

The guarantee applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses.

The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only, under normal domestic use in the United Kingdom.

The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturers control, including failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, accidental or wilful misuse of the product, inappropriate storage methods and or inappropriate cleaning, modification or alteration of the product.

The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, for example pump impellers, filter sponges, air pump diaphragms, batteries etc.

The guarantee does not cover glass items, for example aquarium heaters, UV quartz tubes and UV bulbs.

The guarantee does not cover return postage costs for items over 6 months old.

Items offered Free are sent out as gifts to the customer and as such will not be covered by a guarantee.

The guarantee does not cover maintenance issues including the replacement of wearable parts.

Pond pumps and filters will require maintaining and cleaning over their lifetime. If you live in a hard water area it may be necessary to clean these items with a suitable lime scale remover. Lime scale will cause undue wear and damage to pumps and filters, and therefore the guarantee will be voided if returned items are affected by this problem.

Should an item develop a fault within its guarantee period, it may be sent back to Shopfusion Ltd., for repair or replacement, or taken to our warehouse with your purchase receipt. If returning by carrier or post you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us and enclose that information with the product.
Repairs or replacement under the guarantee will be carried out as quickly as possible however you should allow up to 30 days for this.

Faulty items will be tested and if a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, or the product is found to be in working order, Shopfusion Ltd will return the product to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs. These include the cost of sending the item back to us in the first instant, plus a £15 fee to cover the engineer's time and the return carriage to the customer. If after 14 days the customer makes no arrangement or payment for the return of non-faulty products they will incur storage charges at the rate of £5.00 per week until we receive instructions for either the return or authorization to dispose of the product under the WEE regulations.

Returns

Shopfusion Ltd. operate a 30 day money back refund on the purchase price of all goods providing that:

1. Goods are returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging.
2. The purchaser ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage.
3. The purchaser pays all return postage costs. We recommend that you return products by recorded delivery or by carrier that requires a signature.

Shopfusion Ltd., accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received unless signed proof of delivery can be provided. On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges will be refunded.

If the item has been shipped to yourselves under our special 'free postage offer' promotion, the postage and packing costs incurred by Shopfusion will deducted from the purchase price. This means that goods originally sent by us via Royal Mail or Parcel Force will incur the following deduction from the initial price:

Large Letters (Size 353mm x 250mm - Maximum weight 750g): 90p
Small Parcel (Size 450mm x 350mm - Maximum weight 3kg): £2.75
All goods sent via Parcel Force: £6.50

When returning damaged or faulty goods, Shopfusion Ltd will reimburse postage and packing charges up to a maximum of £6.50. If on return we cannot find a fault with the product return postage fees (see above for rates) will have to be paid to us before we can return the item back to you. We will only hold product for a maximum of 14 days before we dispose of the goods.

Every care is taken in packing and handling your item but should your item arrive damaged then please contact us by sending us a message through the ebay message system within 24 hours of delivery as our couriers will not accept any claims outside this time under any circumstances any claims outside this time will not be accepted.

Unwanted items (only) must be returned within 7-days of accepted delivery in the exact condition in which they were despatched. Items returned showing signs of usage will be subject to scrutiny before any form of refund is initiated. Any unwanted item found not to be in good order as supplied will be returned to you at your cost. We reserve the right to only accept and process items returned packaged safely and securely. Proof of postage is required in all circumstances in relation to returned item disputes.
