       This plate is 1.5mm thick 304 Stainless Steel, and fit's the older 2.5L Di diesel engines, turbo and non turbo, banana, and non banana in mk3, 4 and 5 Smiley Transit vans. Fit's between the EGR and the inlet manifold or the exhaust manifold, depends on the model. There are different fitting point as the model's changed, but they all take the same plate. The later MK5 2.5 transit's can have a bigger gasket on the exhaust manifold than on the other joints, so will not fit on the exhaust manifold but will fit on the other joints. I do have a few of the bigger plates to fit the exhaust manifold if needed  (the connecting pipe can split), but they are not listed, so please contact me if you need one. Can also be supplied slotted. Just leave a note when buying, if that is preferred.

 It doesn't fit any Transits of any other engine size or with common rail injection (TDDI TDCi) . Item numbers120940252274 and 110934139626 for the MK7 transit2.2 and 2.4 engines.
