Heavy duty, detachable, polypropylene, webbed, strap.  Adjustable from 28" to 44".  Cushioned shoulder support measuring 6" by 2" and almost 1/4" thick.......very comfortable.  Webbing is 1.5" wide.  Uses plastic side release buckle-style connectors for pushing into a receptacle.  The prongs are 1 1/4" long and the outside distance between the two bullet shaped outer prongs is 2".  

The distance between the tips of the two bullet shaped outer prongs is 1 5/8"

This strap is new and in excellent condition.
