This cable is suitable for connecting devices such as mixers and PA to active monitors or other audio equipment that requires balanced connections where the output is jack and input XLR, i.e., Jack output on the mixer to XLR input on the active monitors.

Orders are usually despatched within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Expected delivery times are usually within 24 - 72 hours of despatch and only include working days. Larger quantity orders may sometimes take a little longer depending on delivery method but are usually received within three days of your order.

Warranty

Returns of faulty, unwanted or items incorrectly ordered must be made within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return just find the order in your ebay account and use the return option to print an address label. We do not refund your return postage for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Abuse of the returns process will be reported to ebay and cause delays for your refund. Please mesage us first if you have a problem as most times it can be sorted out simply.

All items are covered by a one year warranty unless otherwise stated within the listing. It is your responsibility to cover return postage costs. Return items are tested within a few days and if found faulty will be replaced by the same item or one of an equivalent equal or better value if we no longer stock that item. No item must be returned without prior notice by messaging us.
