Care instructions
The best way to keep your mepiQ soft soled Leather shoes looking bright and new, is to simply wipe over with a clean damp cloth or hand wash in cold water, reshape shoes and leave to dry, out of direct sunlight.
Prior washing the shoes, remove the insoles, they are best to hand wash in cold water as well.
mepiQ soft soled leather shoes should never be placed in the washing machine or dryer.

Please note, new shoes may stain your little one' feet or socks a little bit, when the insides of the shoes become dampened by sweat, especially, when not wearing insoles.

How to Measure Baby’s Feet – Step by Step Guide
If possible have baby stand on a piece of paper. Make a pencil mark at the heel and the longest toe, making sure toes are flat and not curled. Measure with a ruler to get the length
Be sure to measure both feet as they may be different lengths
Always allow 0.5cm – 1cm extra for wiggle room when selecting the correct shoe size.
Adjusting the Elastic around the Ankle
mepiQ mepiQ Soft Soled Leather First Walker Shoes have been designed so that if the elastic around the ankle is too loose or to snug it can easily be adjusted or replaced.
To adjust the elastic simply pull the leather casing around the elastic back, pinch the elastic together and pop in a small stitch, be careful not to make too tight
To replacing the elastic around the ankle simply cut the existing elastic and thread a new piece of elastic in its place and sew ends together.
Safety Warning: You should regularly inspect for wear and tear and do not leave babies or young children (under 3) unattended with this product as they can chock on small parts. This product is not a toy and should not be used as a teething device.

Refunds
Please contact us to arrange refunds, once we receive your returned items, we will issue refunds and notify you via ebay massage.
Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless it is being returned under a faulty item claim.

Exchanges
You will need to inform us which product you would like to exchange your item for. If the new item is a different price, we?ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference or an easy way to pay the gap.
We will then provide you with an address to return your order.
We do not cover postage costs for returning your items but will pay for the shipping of your replacements. Please include return pre-paid postage with your returns. In addition, please also include a short note of exchange details such as, item number, colour, or size if applicable to avoid delay.
Once you?ve shipped the product back to us and we will post your replacement immediately.
Faulty Items
All of our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. If in the unlikely case your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can help you out. we will make arrangements to have a replacement product sent to you as quickly as possible. A return pre-paid package will be included with the replacement for the return item.
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
