Thermo Mouth Trays for teeth whitening

This listing is for 2 Thermo Mouth Trays for Teeth Whitening using gel bleaches or can be used to help prevent Teeth Grinding.

You receive 2 trays, one for your top set of teeth and one for your bottom set of teeth.

Each pack has full instructions for shaping the trays to your teeth

Instructions:

You mould the trays to your teeth by holding them by the tab in hot water for approx. 5 seconds to soften it.

Step 1: Boil some water and pour it in a clean dish and allow to cool for 30 seconds

Step 2: Hold the tray by the tab and submerge in hot water for 3 to 5 seconds to soften

Step 3: Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers

Step 4: Remove the tabs and mark the tray for the set of teeth it has been moulded to.

Step 5: Repeat the process for the other tray

Please note: The trays will be hot when placing them in your mouth so exercise care.

If you leave them in hot water for too long the trays will melt and you will not be able to use them
