Offered here is a rare treat - an amazing Jack Davis ORIGINAL WATER COLOR PAINTING - "SPACED OUT" featuring the GALAXY QUEST CREW & CHARACTERS. The painting is overall approx. 21.5" x 26.5 and the image is approx. 15.5" x 20.5". The likeness is incredible, one of Jack's best works, tight lines, great color, and a fantastic subject.

This was painted for the 10th anniversary of a Sci Fi convention back east, Boston, or somewhere, and the painting was commissioned as the cover for the convention program, kinda like the ComicCon Program Book. I have yet to find which convention it was for, any help would be appreciated.  The painting was also featured in a U S Airways magazine, a copy of the page does come in the listing.

The artwork is fantastic, nothing less than you expect from one of the premier artists of our era.
