Selling is a Vintage Original 7 5/16" X 9 9/16" Black & White glossy photo with borders of GLORIA STUART from 1932. On the back of the photo there is a Typed Snipe (See Scan) stating, "Gloria Stuart will be constantly before the public eye for the next month or so. She has important roles in "The All American" and "The Old Dark House" just released, and "Air Mail" scheduled for Immediate release."
I have 2 photos for sale from this same setting, where she is in the same outfit. This outfit made of rhinestones with fishnet hose, was very revealing and known as one of the few rare quite sexy outfits that GLORIA STUART wore at the height of her career in her young years. Also selling is a 4 3/4" X 5 3/4" (when opened) Autograph Card signed in black in by Gloria Stuart with her own hand. She wrote inside this Autograph Card the following: "Dear Mr. Hanson What a wonderful project! I wish you great success--Cordially G Stuart". The Autograph Card is folded in half, and on the front of the card is typed "Gloria Stuart Sheekman" (See Scans)
Photo is in VERY FINE condition, with very minimal handling wear. Superb resolution and focus. The Autograph Card is in EXCELLENT condition.
