We use normal postal service, delivery time for International orders can range from
10-20 days (example: from Czech republic to USA 10-14days, AUSTRALIA 15-20days, EUROPE within 7days). Shipping time may vary in different countries, depend also on national postal services and their delivery times. We dont ship any other services like UPS, FedEx...etc. Tracking number is not available abroad, but we never had problem with parcel delivering. You receive buble envelope with well packed item or items. Your order is automatically insured up to maximal $50!
