We accept payments from your PayPal account at the time we receive your order.

We operate a same day shipping if items are ordered and paid for prior to 11am Monday to Friday, Orders taken after 11am Friday will be dispatched to Royal Mail or other couriers on the Monday. Orders taken throughout bank holiday periods will be processed the first working day. Sorry, we are unable to offer any type of delivery on weekends or bank holidays. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Nuttyjacks will be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

CANCELLING ORDERS: Once your order has been placed, there is a very small window in which it can be cancelled before it is sent to our warehouse for despatch. All orders will be despatched within 1 working day of being received. We will do our utmost to action any cancellation requests, but unfortunately this is not always possible.

All items can be returned within 30 days of receiving. Items must be unused and in their original packaging in unspoilt condition. Items can be returned for replacement, refund or exchanging subject to a re-postage charge. Please note that packaging and postage costs are direct costs and as such are the customers responsibility, we will refund the purchase cost of the item. Refunds will be minus postage. Please message us through Ebay messaging with clear photos if your item becomes faulty within 14 days and we will replace it. Postage is only paid by us for faulty items when customers ask for exchange; otherwise the buyer is eligible for the cost of package and postage.
