Methods of payment
All payments to be made via PayPal and should be received within 3 days of auction end / purchase.
We combine shipping for all multiple purchases paid for together. If you've bought from more than one listing, please request a combined invoice through the Ebay request total system before you make payment.
Discounts on postage cannot be given for items already paid for. 
If you have a problem talk to us, we will do our very best to help.

Detailed invoices are available upon request.

Shipping
Collection is not available. Purchases are sent via Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and quantity.
If you need your order quickly, we recommend you choose 1st Class postage.
To keep our charges low we send post out 2nd Class unless otherwise specified by you. 
Please note that the postage you are charged isn't simply the cost to post the item.

Southern, Northern Ireland, IOM, JE, GU, IOW, Highlands etc - please contact for postal prices over 2 kilos or accept that there will be a surcharge on your postage if you are ordering more than 2 kilos. 

Returns & Refunds
All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back, unless the mistake is our fault.

In the event of glass breakage during transit, please take pictures of broken or damaged goods and email us.
