98% of all items are dispatched within one business day. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight.
Postage fee includes handling, tracking and complimentary shipping insurance. 3% of our items are small (size) and low value, for these we use normal mail without tracking.
Express post is available on most items however please note if you are not in the express post network your item may still take up to 10 business days to arrive.

PICK-UP / COLLECTION PROCESS

2 Contact us via eBay Messages to nominate your preferred pick-up time and arrange payment.

Should there be any faults with an item, please notify us within the the warranty period of the purchase date. Pictures or a short video are usually required to allow us to quickly verify the fault and find a resolution. Should the issue persist, we will then request for the item to be returned to us.
In the event of an exchange, for items originally sent via by Australia Post or courier, we will only cover the cost of sending the replacement product to the customer. For goods that were originally picked up by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all exchange costs.
