The E-A-R™ E-A-Rsoft™ FX Earplug is the highest protecting earplug in the 3M range today (SNR 39). Its smooth tapered finish makes fitting easier and helps form a comfortable fit. The flange shape, when rolled down, serves as a very effective insertion device. This makes the earplug very easy to fit.

Directions
1. With clean hands, roll plug into a tight, crease-free cylinder.
2. With opposite hand, reach over head and pull up and back on outer ear to straighten ear canal.
3. Quickly insert earplug well into ear canal and hold in until it expands for a comfortable, secure fit.
4. Discard after several uses or as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on earplugs.

Worn during all times of exposure to noise

Worn by only one person, not shared. Replaced when necessary


WARNING: Remove earplug slowly with twisting motion to gradually break the seal. Rapid removal may damage eardrum.

WARNING: Keep away from infants, small children and pets.  These earplugs are non-toxic, but may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe, which could lead to serious injury or death. 

WARNING: Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness and could result in hearing loss or injury.
Do not use to seal out water.

Returns Policy

Thinking of returning your items?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to customers in England, Wales and Ireland irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  • We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase/receipt of the product.
  • The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
  • You comply with the returns procedure set out below.
  • None of the exclusions set out below apply.

Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

Notify us immediately upon your decision to return the product by emailing us at info@tiger-blue.co.uk With the subject line "Returns". We will then send to you an addressed envelope, into which you must place the unopened items in there original packaging.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery to:

You will be responsible for paying any additional postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  • Food, drink and any other product liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section above.
  • DVDs, CDs other audio or video or audio-visual recordings.
  • Computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise).
  • Newspapers, periodicals, magazines, books or similar products.
  • Toiletries and cosmetics.
  • Any product made to your specification.
  • Any product made to order.
  • Gift vouchers.

Refunds

We will send you a refund within 5 day of the return being received, for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

  • We will not refund or exchange the product.
  • We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
  • If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
