This is a nightly rate unit rentals. 

Minimum of 3 nights stay:

 Unit Rental rates are as listed below:

Staying 3-4 Nights 70.00 Per Night 

Staying 5-6 Nights 60.00 Per Night

 Staying 7 or more nights 53.57 Per Nights 

I will charge one night of 70.00 on ebay to hold the reservation, once your reservation is confirm, 

the rest of the unit rentals fees will be pay to paypal. 

Includes: (2) adults and up to two (2) children  (13 and under) for 7 nights in a Jr. Suite 

(additional charge for upgrade or extra night(s)

 Does NOT include the All Inclusive fees.

A/I fees are starts from $895.00 usd per week (2 adults 1 child)

 one child 9 and under eats and stay free with 2 paying adults depending of time of use.

  5 and under are free. Up to 4 in a room 2 adults and 2 kids 15 and under 

Most dates are available though out the year

This is a Timeshare unit rental, I'm not a middle or third party. There's no presentation to attend. Check out other websites first then compare the difference.

In order to find out the exact A/I fees, I would need the exact date of checking in and number of nights staying. 

Other type of rooms available for additional fees:

For example: 1/1/17 to 1/7/17 would be 6 nights 7 days

1/1/17 to 1/8/17 would be 7 nights 8 days

Price and availability are base on the day I give you. 

For example, The price and availability may or may not be available the next day or week if you book later on.

This is a very easy simple transaction: you give me the date, I give you the A/I quote. (please compare other sites first) If you like my quote, pay the unit rental fees. once I received payments, there are 2 options you can do:

1: on PayPal's note area, please provide your full name and email address so I can sent you the information. Once you received your confirmation number, you would need to call the resort and pay your A/I deposit within 24 hrs or your reservation will be cancel and will issue you your rental fees refund. You can pay in full or one night of deposit. All A/I fees payment must paid in full 30 days before arrival date. If you are arrival in less than 30 days, Full payment must be made at time of reservation.

2: (the fast and easy way) on Paypal's note, provide your phone number and we will make a 3 way calling to book and finalize your reservation. (Many of my guest love this way)

Cancellation Or Reschedule Policy: 

If you decides to cancel or reschedule the reservation, please call the resort directly. Your A/I deposit will hold by the resort for you up to 12 months from day of your reservation (No Refund, Resort Credit Only). No Refund on the unit rental fees after 12/31, no matter what month you made your reservation. But If you need to re-book your reservation the same year, you would need to email me directly, not from eBay unless there's refund need to be made. Additional unit rental fees may be require depending of the time of re-booking.

      A YACHT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE FOR ADDITIONAL FEES of 250.00 for 4 hours up to 10 ppl.(reservation require)
