All items are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class unless specified. We aim to dispatch the same day if the order is received AND PAID FOR before our postal cut-off time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday providing it's not a public holiday. We reserve the right to upgrade the postage to first class or recorded if required. If postage is displayed seperately, it's charged at cost so you are always paying the minimum charge for the item in question. All items are stocked and shipped in the UK by Litecone LED Ltd.

We provide a 2 year warranty on all item failures due to manufacturing defects or failures in normal use. Any faults caused by the incorrect connection of components are not covered by the terms of the warranty however, please contact us on the number or email address below and we will do our best to help.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and returns address before returning any items. Failure to obtain a RMA and returns address means we will be unable to track the return of the item. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty. Where an item is faulty, we will request the return of the item and will refund the lowest priced Royal Mail 2nd class charges unless dictated by weight. We will not refund postage charges from any courier service or any postal upgrades.
