zip to lock bags are available in many sizes, thickness, materials and clarities. 2-Mil = 2/1000th of an inch that are designed for light-medium duty packaging. Plastic clarity is slightly reduced with each mil thickness, with 1-Mil being the clearest. These bags are not for holding sharp objects, hot substances, liquids, air, or powders.
