Welcome to my auction - Up for your consideration is this hard to find, retired, signed by David Winter, "The Dower House" from The Land Owners Collection with COA and original box. This exceptional cottage was first introduced in 1982, retired 1993. This piece has the actual signature of David Winter as shown. This one does not have the label on the bottom but it is on the box.
PLEASE NOTE - I have several David Winter Cottages from the estate of a collector and do combine auctions and reduce shipping when ever possible so don't miss out on these great deals - no reasonable offer refused!
CONDITION - The cottage is in very fine, pre-owned condition! Very nice well cared for, very clean, a couple of little white flecks noticed, chimney looks chipped but has been colored in quite well. Box is nice and solid, does not have foam packing material but I don't believe the smaller pieces did, will be packaged well for shipping.
SIZE - Cottage stands approximately 2 1/2" tall, 3 1/4" by 2" across the base.
