The hardhats are lightweight allowing for all day comfort. The hard helmet also has a two position headband - maximising wearer comfort, and innovative adjustable headband size fitting from 53 - 63cm with button adjuster. The hard hat is electrically insulated up to 1,000 V.A.C. or 1,500 V.D.C and is resistant to extreme temperatures from +150c to -30c. Innovative design that has a baseball cap shape that improves the wearers vertical vision. The safety cap is manufactured from ABS-PC and has an integral polyamide harness that has 3 textile bands with 8 fixing points. Comes complete with removable foam sweatband. Shipping and Returns Information All customer orders at Tiger Safety are treated with the utmost importance and we ensure all of our clients that their goods will be shipped the next working day from order date (if not sooner). We also promise free postage on every single UK delivery, whether it is a pair of work gloves, safety eyewear, protective clothing or hard hats. Free shipping applies to orders within the United Kingdom only, all overseas orders will be subject to additional carriage charges. All deliveries made by Tiger Safety will be made using a combination of Royal Mail and MyHermes for smaller deliveries and DPD for larger deliveries. Some local deliveries within the North West of England may be made using one of our own delivery vehicles. All deliveries are expected to be made between 2-7 working days. Returns are accepted at Tiger Safety with a no quibble policy providing that all items are returned with original packaging and any items which come tagged such as high-visibility waistcoats, work clothing or work trousers must remain intact. Prior notice to any item to be returned must be given to our sales team, this is to ensure the quickest possible processing time for your refund. Returns requiring swapping for alternative sizes are subject to a Standard Processing Fee (SPF) of £2.95 regardless the item in question. This covers all administration costs, packaging and re-posting of swapped goods. This processing fee can be made either via Paypal or cheque/ postal order made payable to AAP Wholesale.
