       Expedited shipping is available only for company or commercial address.

       For residential address, we ship via DHL Ecommerce Mail (Standard Plus w/tracking number), Transit time normally takes 7-21 working days. Buyer must provide valid phone number! Transit time is not guaranteed.

Shipping methods and speeds:

   Expedited shipping:

• We use DHL/UPS/Fedex express for expedited shipping. It normally takes 2-4 working days for the delivery (customs clearance not included).

• Receiver's phone number is required for the delivery.

• We do not recommend expedited shipping for some countries because import fees are high, such as Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Ireland, Germany, Norway, Romania, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Latvia, Czech, Austria, Turkey, Monaco, Malta,  countries in US Territories,

• In case buyer refuses the delivery, buyer agrees to respond for return shipping cost to Thailand.

 

   Standard & Economy Shipping:

• We use DHL Ecommerce Mail for standard and economy shippings.

• In general case, transit time for standard shipping is 7-21 working days via DHL ecommerce mail (customs clearance not included in transit time).

• In case of customs clearance delay or shipment misrouted, the delivery can take up to 6-8 weeks.

• Route:  Origin (Thailand) >> DHL hub in Singapore >> DHL hub in Germany >> Customs clearance at destination country >> Delivery by local post

o   Shipment from origin to Germany is handled by DHL ecommerce Mail.

o   Tracking information does not update during in clearance process.

o   The delivery in destination country is handled by local post.

• Standard shipping for Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 4-8 weeks.

• Standard shipping for some countries in South America, can take up to 3 months and tracking information does not update.

• Standard/economy shipping to some areas, such as South America, South Africa, Oceania, Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 4-12 weeks. Also tracking information does not update in some destination countries. Buyers agree to wait.

• Valid day phone number is required for the delivery.

• For economy shipping, tracking information is not available in destination countries. Shipment can be tracked only from Thailand - DHL hub in Germany or Singapore.

• We do not respond for item lost, damaged in case standard/economy shipping method is selected.

 

Return Policies:

·       We accept return within 14 days of delivery. 

 

·       To eligible for full refund on item price, item must be returned in its original condition, never been used.

 

·       No refund for shipping cost.

 

·       We do not accept return if later than 14 days of delivery. 

 

Exchange Policies:

·       We accept exchange within 14 days of delivery.

·       To eligible for exchange, item must be in new condition, never been used.

 

·       Buyer responds for return shipping costs.

 

IMPORT DUTY AND TAX:

• Non-U.S. Buyer must read through.

• There is import duty and fees for import goods to some countries.   Import duty, tax and fees are buyer's responsibilities.

• FOB value on shipment invoice will be lower than order price.

• Import duty information for some countries is below.

            1. Shipments to most countries in South Americas, Africa, Middle East are charged for import duty and fee regardless of good value.  

            2. Buyer in Brazil must provide CPF or CPNJ number.

           3. Most shipments to U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, duty and fees are exempt.
