These are the best lines I can offer. Teflon hoses, wrapped in braided stainless steel, sheathed in black pvc. The fittings are solid stainless steel. They have a lifetime manufacturers warranty. They are DOT approved. These are used world wide by hobbyists and professional racers alike. Nobody else offers either stainless steel fittings, or a warranty-- I'm doing both for cheaper than anybody. Each order comes with a stainless steel banjo bolt, 2 copper washers, an instruction booklet for installation and use, and your own warranty number. This is just for the upper brake line. This goes from the handlebar master to the under tank splitter. (#1 in the diagram). The last few pictures show my new, modern line pictured next to a NOS version of the same line. Cleaner, prettier, better and cheaper than stock. These have a very clean look with no writing on the shroud, so they don't look out of place on classically styled airheads. Made in the USA for me, a BMW hobbyist, for other airhead owners. Stamped approval by the USDOT, manufactured domestically in a fully inspected shop-- not offshore. Please note that I have the single and double lines for the earlier under tank master bikes for sale in my store. This is made to go from the handlebar master cylinder on the later airheads to the under tank splitter. It comes with a nice fat grommet in the middle to use either passing through body work, or to secure to a fixed point. The line is about 18" overall These are built, ready to go. I do not offer custom lines. Airhead brakes are notoriously marginal. Stainless steel Teflon hoses actually make your braking more effective via more rigid lines that don't expand. The force you put into the brake lever will actually reach the brake pads, not be used swelling rubber hoses. I really do believe these are the highest quality hoses available.
