Payment:

We accept only following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Debit / credit card payment, including payments over the phone
- Bank transfer
- Cash on collection

Shipping:
We will send the product purchased same or next day after the payment is confirmed, we do not send on Saturdays unless volumes are high.
For small items we use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service, for larger - standard parcel or Parcelforce.
On most of parts Next day delivery can also be selected. If that option is missing and you need the part for yesterday cotact us prior the purchase.
Heavy/bulky items (engines, gearboxes) can be sent on a pallet. Please allow up to 48 hours to arange courier - please note that customer's contact number has to be provided - some pallet couriers charge small fee for failed delivery.
Body parts, glass, fragile/awkward - pickup only - this option is always possible, no matter what you are buying you can always pop in and pick it up, have a chat, cup of tea etc...
Buyer can arrange his own courier (but contact us first).

Returns
The Distance Selling Regulations apply to items purchased via Buy It Now listings and Second Chance Offers on eBay.co.uk. However, they don't apply to auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.
These regulations provide a period of 7 working days after the date of receipt within which the consumer can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. The consumer has to return the goods at their own expense.
