Returns Policy
How do I return an item? Within 30 days of purchase, contact us via the eBay messaging system. to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code.
Faulty, defective or wrong items:
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the original cost of the product including P&P and your costs in returning it to us if returned by economy service within 30 days. Replacements will be processed immediately upon receipt of return.
Change of heart:
The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, accessories, instructions, etc). You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. P&P charge. Please note that the costs of returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you.
Items lost in transit:
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend you obtain a proof of posting from your post office or send the package by Recorded mail.
Refunds
