Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Kirsty Jayne China- We ask that all payments are made within three days of purchase, payments accepted include: Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders, and Credit cards through our shop credit card machine.

All items will be posted within 5 working days, and if there is an unforeseen problem buyers will be contacted.

We hope that you are fully satisfied with our products, if for any reason you are not happy, please email me and the problem shall be dealt with immediately, any returned items must be done so within 7 days and must be in the same condition as they were dispatched.

If you are returning a non faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your liability. Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
