Repairs include such problems as broken gears, broken and worn belts, rewind problems, head alignment, lubrication and cleaning, for a flat rate of $69 plus shipping. This covers 99% of repairs on this model. Repairs including problems such as a defective pc board or motors may not be repairable due to discontinued parts. If such a repair is needed, your money will be refunded less the return shipping charge. Broken cabinet parts are not repairable since the parts are not available. We will contact you when the repair is completed and ready to be returned. Repair time is 2-3 business days in most cases. We will return your unit by Priority Mail or UPS which is 1-4 business days, nationwide. If you are not having a problem with the power adapter, foot pedal or other accessory, there is no need to send it, but we cannot warranty what we don't get. Headsets are not a servicable item so if they are defective, you will need to purchase a new set.
