If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases. First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.
