Please note that postage for this item will be sent out via Royal Mail. If your parcel is not received in a timely manner, please can we ask you to check with your local Royal Mail depot to see if your parcel is held there, prior to contacting us.

We combine postage for multiple items. Commit to purchase the items you want and request an invoice. We will then do the postage amendment for you.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase by emailing info@bluebirdparties.com. Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive.

On receipt of the goods we will issue a refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition. Please note that we are not liable for any costs incurred when returning your purchase. We do not refund the postage costs when you return goods to us.

Things you must do:

• Wrap the goods securely and return them to us. Consider sending them back to us by registered post so that you have proof of them having been delivered back to the address given below.
• Enclose your name and address so we know who sent the goods back, along with the eBay item number and date of purchase.
• Return the goods with the original packaging, so that we can offer them for sale again if they are not damaged.
• Let us know of any problems with the goods. That way we can weed out any unsuitable products from our range.
