Fenugreek (helbah), Natural Seeds

Package: 200 gram (7. oz) Of  fenugreek seeds.


Seeds of fenugreek can make them sprouts , easy and  fast, matter of days (I do this from time to time), then you can add it to the salad of vegetables.
 
In Arab kitchen, there are quite a few recipes of  fenugreek (هريسة الحلبه) that you can prepare desserts, delicious sweet and healthy. Any one interested on this I can send recipe for him.

It has been said in the fenugreek , "If people knew, how much  benefits in the helba they would purchased it in gold". The English scientist Clipper said "if you put all the medicines hangs in the balance and put the fenugreek on the other side, the fenugreek tipped.
