Electric Flat Clinch stapler KW5690 saves 1/3 document space, having a neat document stacking. It is electrical drived auto touch stapling stapler. The red light indicates lower staple and stops stapling. People have to put more staples in. The green light means it is working fine. Ideal for office, shop and business use.

Postage and Shipping:
All P O Boxes, Parcel lockers, regional areas and remote areas, will add $5 postage.
We use Couriers and Aus Post to deliver parcels. Any parcel can be tracked. The tracking number will appear on the bought item after the parcel is posted. The delivery company is also indicating. Buyer can see it on the eBay. Also eBay will send an updated notice to buyer once parcel is posted.
Terms and Conditions:
If buyer didn't receive the parcel by one week after posted sign is appeared on the item, the buyer has to check the website to find out what happens. If you missed a delivery, you have to call the delivery company to arrange a redelivery immediately.
If you cannot reach the delivery company or there is any problem, contact to us straight away.
We don't accept the claim about unreceived parcel after two weeks once dispatched. This is because the courier company will return the parcel back to us if they didn't receive any contact about the missed delivery parcel within one week.
If the parcel returns to us, the buyer has two options. One is reposting. Two is money back. For reposting, the buyer has to pay another postage to resend. For money back, original postage is not refundable and we charge restocking fee 20% of item price. So please pay attention to receive the parcel.
If buyer wants to authorize to leave the parcel in front of the door or somewhere, let us know.
If buyer wants to delay postage, let us know.
Once buyer bids/buys the item, we are assume that the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.

Exchange, Refund and Warranty:
If buyer claims an issue within 30 days of receiving, she has two options - exchange or refund.
Please send goods back in original condition and box for exchange or refund.
30 day exchange:
1. Faulty exchange: If buyer found the goods is faulty when receiving it, buyer can claim exchange within 30 days of receiving. Contact us first. Once we confirm, you can send the goods to us and we will send you another one. We pay for both way postage for exchange. But if the goods damaged by incorrect installation or use or it is non-faulty after our checking, faulty exchange will not cover. Buyer has to pay for both way postages to exchange the goods.
2. Wrong order exchange: if buyer orders wrong products or changes of mind and wants to exchange the right one, buyer can claim exchange within 30 days of receiving. We will exchange to you if we have. Buyer has to pay for both way postages to exchange the goods.
30 day refund:
Original Postage is NOT refundable unless we send out the item that is not ordered.
For return postage, we only pay for sending out the item that is not ordered or faulty merchandise. For the issues of wrong item ordered, change of mind, machine's non-faulty or physically damaged by incorrect operation, etc., buyer has to pay for return postage.
We charge restocking fee 20% of item price.
Warranty:
We have 12 month "return to base" warranty for machines. After 30 days of receiving, all issues will be treated as warranty issue. We have phone and email support. Contact us first. Once confirmed, you can send goods to us and we will send repaired goods to you. We pay for the postage of sending goods back to you and you pay for the postage of sending goods to us. But if the goods is physically damaged or over the ability use, warranty will be avoided.
