Dispatch Time:

We aim to dispatch all the items within 1 Working day of receiving the payment. 90% items are sent via Royal Mail (courier) Rest is sent using My Hermes (courier) where applies tracking number is added for user.  UK post normally takes 1-3 Working days to arrive. International post can take up to 10 Working Days to arrive but generally takes 3-5 Working days. Combined postage Discount is also Given let us know before making any payment for a discount on postage.

Currently we are only accepting via Pay-Pal. We are sorry that we cannot take over phone payment or card payments.

Return and Exchange:

Item arrived damaged, Faulty or you have changed your mind? You are more than welcome to return your purchase for any reason for a Refund or Exchange. Refunds must be within 14 days of delivery in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Before returning the items please contact us through eBay Messages and explain us the reason then.  When returning the item Please include your eBay user name with out this we will not be able to fast track you return your eBay ID will help us to speed up the return process.  For the refund we will only refund the item cost the postage cost will be excluded. We will only refund delivery cost if the items are faulty.

International Postage

We will post your items together as long as the total weight of the parcel is less than 2 kg. Postage for items shipped overseas is charged per item. This is to ensure a more efficient and faster delivery of your goods.

For International orders please allow 7 to 10 Working days for delivery.
