Ortofon Concorde Pro Replacement Stylus is a genuine replacement part for Ortofon Pro series cartridges.

Great performance and durability as to basic scratch and back-cueing. It has a good quality spherical stylus, a rock-solid cantilever, and serves general purposes well. Communicatie: Communicatie gebeurt in het Nederlands en het Engels. We begrijpen wel Frans, maar zullen steeds in het Nederlands of Engels uw vragen beantwoorden.

Verzending: Na ontvangst van de betaling verzenden we steeds binnen 1 à 2 werkdagen. We zoeken telkens naar de goedkoopste manier om de producten te verzenden. Dienst na verkoop: Indien u uw pakket na 14 dagen nog steeds niet hebt ontvangen of er is een defect, gelieve ons dan te contacteren op info@progear.be. Wij nemen dan contact op met u en zullen samen zoeken naar een passende oplossing.

Terugsturen: Terugsturen is mogelijk binnen de 14 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen op ze in ongebruikte staat zijn en dat de originele verpakking aanwezig is. Kosten van de retourzending zijn ten laste van de koper.

Garantie: U geniet 1 jaar garantie. Daarin zit inbegrepen: alle onderdelen, herstellingskosten en de verzending van het herstelde artikel naar de koper. Enkel de terugzending van het defecte artikel naar Pro Gear is ten laste van de koper.

Customer service: If you have not received your package after 14 days or if your product is damaged, please contact us at info@progear.be. We will contact you and suggest an appropriate solution.

Return: Returns must be received within 14 days after delivery of your package, provided that your product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Guarantee: All products come with a one year guarantee, including all parts, repair costs and the shipping of the repaired item to the customer. Only the shipping costs of the damaged product to Pro Gear are payable by the customer.

Retour : La réexpédition est possible sous 14 jours après réception des marchandises à condition de réutiliser l’emballage d’origine et que les marchandises n’aient pas été utilisées. Les frais de réexpédition sont à la charge de l’acheteur.
