Sandbag Set #1 (Weight Range 10-40 Lbs), including

(1) Small Outer Shell with 5 Rubber Handles, 2 flap handles,

(1) Medium Filler Bag with DOUBLE Velcro (holds up to 28 Lbs sand),

(1) Small Filler Bag DOUBLE Velcro (holds up to 12 Lbs sand).

 

Sandbag Set #2 (Weight Range 25-80 Lbs), including

(1) Medium Outer Shell with 5 Rubber Handles, 2 flap handles,

(1) Large Filler Bag DOUBLE Velcro (holds up to 55 Lbs sand),

(1) Medium Filler Bag DOUBLE Velcro (holds up to 28 Lbs sand).

 

Sandbag Set #3 (Weight Range 40-160 Lbs), including

(1) Large Outer Shell with 5 Rubber Handles, 2 flap handles,

(3) Large Filler Bags DOUBLE Velcro (each holds up to 55 Lbs sand).

Remark:

Sandbag training can be a dynamic and unique way of training, BUT there are some things that you should never do to a sandbag and a few of them are below:

  • Do not drag your sandbag over a rough surface (such as concrete);
  • NEVER slam your sandbag;
  • Do not over fill your sandbag, especially your filler bag;
  •  Never use wet sand to fill your filler bags.
